SPICY, SLOW COOKED LAMB TACOS

Want tasty and a family favourite? These tacos are very impressive and relatively quick, minus the 6hr, slow cooked lamb

Fresh herbs

METHOD

  1. Cook the slow cooked spicy lamb, see previous post
  2. Slice the onions and capsicum, coat them in the spice mix
  3. Put them in a hot fry pan
  4. Spoon out the avocado and out it in a bowl with the lime and salt, mash with a fork
  5. Heat the tortillas in a fry pan with no oil
  6. LAYER! CREATE! ENJOY!
