INGREDIENTS

METHOD

  1. Lightly toasted the shredded coconut in a non-oiled, non-stick pan
  2. Once the coconut is toasted add the sugar to it and set aside
  3. Mix all the dry ingredients including the coconut & sugar mix
  4. Than add the wet ingredients
  5. Whisk well
  6. in a lightly oiled non-stick fry pan, pour small portions and cook 2mins/side
