INGREDIENTS

METHOD

  1. Beat all the ingredients together except the chocolate
  2. Once mixed together roll into balls and place on a baking tray and set in the freezer for 10-12mins
  3. Melt the chocolate in a glass mixing bowl over boiling water, continuously stirring
  4. Pull the ball out of the freezer and with a spoon and fork dip the balls into the melted chocolate but don’t leave them in there for too long
  5. Place them on the lined tray and then put them in the fridge to set
