INGREDIENTS
- 113g vegan or non vegan cream cheese (vegan cheese is now in Woolworths, your welcome dairy intolerant followers
- 2tbs peanut butter
- 30g Botanika Blends, Vanilla cake batter mix
- 1tsp vanilla essence
- Picco chocolate, melted (add cacao powder if needed)
METHOD
- Beat all the ingredients together except the chocolate
- Once mixed together roll into balls and place on a baking tray and set in the freezer for 10-12mins
- Melt the chocolate in a glass mixing bowl over boiling water, continuously stirring
- Pull the ball out of the freezer and with a spoon and fork dip the balls into the melted chocolate but don’t leave them in there for too long
- Place them on the lined tray and then put them in the fridge to set
