OH MY APPLE & BLUEBERRY CRUMBLE PIE

This recipe includes quite literally anything from your pantry or fridge. I made it purely from whatever I had and this was the end product.

METHOD

  1. Pre heat the oven to 180 degrees
  2. Start by stewing the fruit first. Grab a saucepan with a tablespoon of water and start with the apples and dates first and then add the rest of the ingredients, blueberries last
  3. Once the fruit is done add into a small oven proof dish and then make the crumble
  4. In a glass mixing bowl add the crumble ingredients and then last, is the butter
  5. Get your hands dirty and mixing and rubbing the butter or nutalex in with fingers
  6. Place the crumble on top of the fruit and place in the oven for 30mins, keep checking on it
