This is quite easily the most nourishing meal you could possibly consume.

METHOD

  1. Pre heat the oven to 180 degrees and cut & peel the sweet potato into small cube sizes
  2. Place on a lined baking tray and lightly coat in the oil and cinnamon, place in the oven for 30-40mins. Regularly checking on them
  3. Chop the top and ends off your green beans and place in a microwaveable dish with a little water and heat for 2mins, drain the water off
  4. Chop the rest of your veggies accordingly and get ready to stack your bowl
  5. Enjoy!
