NAKED BURGERS

The best way to enjoy a burger 🍔

SERVES 12 – Meat Patties

INGREDIENTS – Meat Patties

INGREDIENTS – Spiced Sweet Potato

INGREDIENTS – Homemade Pesto

METHOD

  1. Combine all the ingredients for the meat patties in a large mixing bowl, use your hands and mix well
  2. Roll them into your desired size (recipe should make 12) and place on a plate and put in the fridge for 30mins to set before cooking
  3. Pre heat the oven to 180+ fan forced and slice your sweet potato in half, length ways and then slice small slits across the top of the sweet potato
  4. Rub with oil and mix the spices together and then rub those into the oil/sweet potato
  5. Place in a lined baking tray then pour the bone broth in the bottom of the tray and allow to cook for a good 45mins, covered. Then take the foil off and cook for a further 10mins
  6. Remove the patties from the fridge and cook in a lightly oiled fry pan
  7. The bliss of these naked burgers is you can build your own.
  8. ENJOY!
