- 50G choc hazelnut protein powder, I use macro mike
- 1/2tbs peanut butter
- 2 medjool dates
- 1tbs cacao powder
TOPPINGS
- 4 squares of dark chocolate
- 1tsp melted peanut butter
- 1/2 fresh banana
METHOD
- Add all of your ingredients into a blender and whiz until completely smooth
- Add the top ingredients accordingly to your daily calorie intake
