CHICKEN & STICKY CHORIZO TACO’S

This was literally all made with leftovers and it turned out to be one of the best meals I have made.

INGREDIENTS

METHOD

  1. Cook the chicken breast or use a hot chook from Woolworths for convenience
  2. Cut the chorizo sausage into small pieces and add them to a frying pan and drizzle the honey over the top
  3. Once the protein is cooked, zap the tortilla in the microwave for 30 secs
  4. Start to build your taco’s from the bottom up
