BUTTERY BAKED SWEET POTATO

You will not want to eat sweet potato any other way after trying this! A great dose of fibre, vitamins B, C + D as well as magnesium.

INGREDIENTS

METHOD

  1. Pre heat the oven to 180-200 degrees, fan forced
  2. Cut the sweet potato into 1cm rounds and than quarters and lay them on a baking tray
  3. Melt the butter in the microwave
  4. In a large mixing bowl add the butter and the rest of the ingredients
  5. Pour over the sweet potato and add to the oven for 25-35mins
