- 1/2 MASHED BANANA
- 1/2 CUP OATS (GF – GLORIOUSLY FREE from any health food shop)
- 1/2 CUP ALMOND MILK
- 1TBS CHIA SEEDS
- 1TBS OF YOUR CHOICE OF NUT BUTTER
- 1TSP GROUND CINNAMON
- 1TSP BAKING SODA
- 1TSP OF MAPLE SYRUP (I USE ZERO CALORIE FROM WOOLIES)
- 1/4 CUP CHOCOLATE BITS (DF OPTIONS FROM WOOLIES)
- Mix together well, transfer to a small bowl/ramekin. Something that is oven safe and place in the oven for 20-25mins at 200 degrees.
