ASIAN MINCE BOWLS

INGREDIENTS

METHOD

  1. Heat the oil in a fry pan over medium heat
  2. Add the garlic & ginger and fry off for 1min
  3. Add the mince, spring onions along with the Chinese five spice, mix well and keep stirring everything through. Around 5mins of this
  4. Zap the mince in the microwave and add to a bowl
  5. Place the mince on top and than add the fresh coriander, tamari sauce, extra spring onions and black sesame seeds. Top with chilli flakes
  6. Balisimo!
