A SALMON ONE PAN WONDER

SERVES 4

METHOD

  1. Marinate the salmon in the tamari, honey, ginger & garlic, chilli and pepper & salt for at least an hour or more
  2. Chop the greens. Cut the bottom of the bok choy and than keep the stalks on and cut them in half and than “top and tail” the snow peas
  3. Cook the salmon first in the pan and right before they are done add in the greens. If you are like me they DO NOT need long.
  4. Serve and Whola what a healthy dinner for the family!
