Nigel has been absolutely killing it in and out of the gym. Before lockdown Nigel was down by 6% bodyfat and up by 2.5kg of muscle in a little over 3 months.
Since lockdown began Nigel has continued his minimum 3 sessions a week, 2 PT and 1 Sweat without fail, also did his own workout most weeks to add to it.
Due to this and also continually food tracking for 6 months. Nigel is now down 8% body fat! Down 4kg and up 3.6kg of muscle mass over the past 6 months!
