Nicole has been training with RFT for a couple months now and has been smashing goals from the get go!
Despite being a busy mum she has been on top of her nutrition and fitting in training wherever she can!
She has a very positive attitude which is always welcomed at RFT!
Nicole has been training 3 times a week with plenty of walking on top of that
Her nutrition has also been on point, playing attention to her calories and prep each day.
Nicole’s strength has gone through the roof quite quickly,
increasing her deadlift by 30kg, Squat by 10kg as well as improving her endurance!
Aside from that Nicole has dropped 3% body fat and increased muscle by 1.8kg
