Meet this weeks legend Nick S ! Nick S has been with RFT since November and he has been on a massive roll since starting.
Nick came to RFT looking to get back into some strength training and keeping exercise a crucial part of his weekly schedule whilst also focusing on some mobility and core work to aid in elevating some back pain.
Since starting on a week to week basis Nick has completed 3 strength sessions per week, 1 core focused session, 1 stretching session plus some cycling a couple times per week. He has combined his exercise components with some small tweaks to his diet by adding a little bit more vegetables & protein to his diet. This behavioural changes have resulted in Nick:
Dropping 4kgs
Eliminating his back pain
Doubling his strength
Finding the right balance of exercise and nutrition for his lifestyle
