MICHELLE’S INCREDIBLE JOURNEY

Dropped 12kgs Lost 35 cms girth – 6.2% BF Michelle owns her own business and like many of you she is a very busy woman. When she first came to RFT she wanted to lose weight but she has come away with so much more than that. Michelle has worked hard with her Coach Belle from Real Fitness Training to keep her accountable on building healthier and more sustainable long term habits. Some of the habits Michelle has focused on is regular training getting in three strength sessions in each week, moving more, eating more regularly, decreasing caffeine intake and increasing water intake. As a result Michelle has achieved and still achieving incredible results whilst still working on her business full time. This is really important for anyone to be able to still achieve amazing results with normal life still running in the background. The best thing about it, is that it has become a lifestyle rather than just a quick fix.
