Everyone, meet this week’s legend Preethy!
Preethy has been at RFT for nearly 2 years!
Since joining RFT, Preethy has changed a lot to her lifestyle and taking charge of her own health and wellness is just one of them.
Recently Preethy signed up to take part in the latest RFT Lockdown challenge and faced a lot of challenges herself.
This didn’t stop her as she asked for some alternate ways to do the same challenges. Her coach, Kyle helped her straight way by replacing exercises such as burpees, lunges, squats and running by doing walking, stretching classes and squatting to chair depth.
Preethy has had to adapt and overcome a lot of challenges in her life, and never backs down from the opportunity to be that 1% better!
Preethy made a milestone effort to participate in the last challenge and even though she has some inabilities physically she has the spirit and mindset of a warrior!
