CLIENT OF THE MONTH: Meet Mandy La Faber! Mandy has been on absolute mission over the past 8 months! Since coming back to RFT post lockdown in October last year, Mandy came back with the focus of losing body fat to help her to begin to feel & look better. Mandy is a busy mother of two & fits her training around her work and being mum as this is an essential part in making her feel better and reaching her results. Since coming back Mandy has week in & week out committed to completing 🏋🏻‍♀️ 3 strength sessions, 🏃🏽‍♀️1 HIIT session, 🚶🏽‍♀️ minimum of 8500 steps per day ✅ tracked her food with the aim on sticking to her calories and macronutrient goals. Adhering to these behaviours resulted in Mandy: ⬇️ Dropping 15kgs 💪🏻 Doubled her strength across her key lifts (Squat, Deadlift & Bench Press) after rehabbing a previous back injury. 😁 Feeling better than ever ✅ Enjoying the journey Mandy has put it down to her consistency as the reason for her success and this all starts with showing up with purpose!
