Meet Harsh
Harsh is fairly new to RFT and has put in a huge effort early on!
Here are some habits Harsh has been working on
1 PT session + 1 sweat class each week
Taking a more structured and mindful approach to his day to day eating
Increase in protein intake
Increase in water
Increase in daily movement
In doing so In the last 2 months harsh has dropped 4kg
He is moving better and getting stronger each week and has much more energy!
