EVERYBODY MEET SHARON

Meet this weeks legend Sharon S!!

Sharon has been smashing it since we have returned from lockdown! Since returning back Sharon’s main focus was to get back into her training routine and beginning building back her strength and getting under the barbell again. The focus was to strip back and work on building a solid foundation that we can continue to build on and let me tell we have definitely done that.

Over the past 6 weeks Sharons improvement on her squat has come ten fold, with massive improvement in depth, technique, control and now we are seeing the increases in load from building her foundation. Combine her persistence with her training with her adherence and consistency with tracking her food, hitting her daily protein target and averaging over 10,000 steps per day.

Sharon has dropped a smashing 1.5% in body fat and has reached her highest muscle mass since being at RFT

Sharon this is a truly amazing result and we are so proud of your consistency, keep it up!
