DO YOU KNOW LOGAN?

Do you know Logan Gilbert? Let me tell you about him and his fitness success at RFT.

Logan joined RFT two months ago and by now already has such an impressive and jaw-dropping results!

Just in 6 weeks Logan lost (drumroll )

10KG!!!!!!!

He is already halfway through to achieving his final weight loss goal.

Do you know how he has managed to become victorious? The answer is simple- transparent and sharp consistency towards his fitness goal every day. And I mean it - every day and with everything he does.

For example Logan’s nutrition. Logan has been tracking his food religiously and hasn’t missed a single day! Moreover, he is drinking 4L of water everyday.

Logan is extremely persistent with his training and he pushes himself each time.

His strength has increased significantly. He does not stop outside of the RFT. I mean literally he does not stop. The steps that Logan hits daily are between 12k to 18k per day.

The progress that Logan makes week by week inspires him even more and makes him to aim higher. Logan’s success breeds more success.

I am inspired to know Logan and to be his coach. I dance of happiness every week next to him when he steps on a scale and sees his weekly results. I am looking forward to seeing his future achievements.
