This weeks legend of the week

Kathy Crawford!

Kathy has recently joined RFT and we are happy to have her! Her sense of humour and personality is a great addition to the family! Kathy has joined RFT for strength, fitness and weight loss goals. From Kathys initial goal/nutrition session she has taken everything on board and absorbed and applied all the information given and has absolutely ripped in.

Kathy has adjusted some daily habits around her movement, nutrition and sleep and in the first two weeks she is already seeing some great results.

The new habits Kathy has applied are

Tracking her food
Getting closer to her protein each day
Increased daily steps
Strength training twice a week
Yoga
Adjusting sleep habits
Increased Water intake
Walks for 30 minute before her session
In doing so Kathy has lost 4 kilos in her first two weeks at RFT


Aside from that in her short time of implementing a balance of strength yoga and nutrition she has increased her range of motion in her shoulder which has been an on going injury and has said it is the best her shoulder has felt in two years!
Well done Kathy I’m excited to see what the future holds for you keep up your determination and positive attitude!
