- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- ¼ cup almond or coconut milk
- 1 shot of cold brew coffee
Pulse in a blender for around three minutes in one-minute intervals to be sure to blend properly. Set aside in a glass jar in the fridge overnight.
- Frozen blueberries

- 200ml water in a blender
Pour over the set chia pudding and top with a tablespoon of coconut yoghurt your favourite fresh berries mine are raspberries and Presto! A very refreshing breakfast with protein that is not meat.
