DINNER FOR A FAMILY OF 4

This chicken dish was so quick and so tasty it will be eaten by both kids & adults.
4 Chicken breasts
Chilli flakes optional
Manuka honey/raw honey
Asparagus (or any greens broccolini is also good)
Marinate the chicken in olive oil, garlic, chilli flakes, lemon and lemon rind and pan fry for 5mins. Than place in a baking tray in the oven at 250 degrees. Add a little water to the tray and cover for 10mins. Than remove from the oven and add your greens some more lemon juice, pepper and drizzle a little Manuka honey over the top. Place back in the oven uncovered for 7-10mins.
What a great way to spend Sunday nights. Add extra chicken for lunch the next day!
