Removing yourself from an environment can be very difficult, and we are so grateful for the 12 amazing humans who spent 3 days with Vicky, Belle and Anita to immerse themselves into wellness with our 3 day wellness retreat.
Our intention was to create a space where they could rest, restore and rejuvenate. Also a space free from judgement just like Real Fitness Training.
We had nourishing wholesome food, sunrise yoga, meditation, educational workshops on stress and easy food preparation. Most importantly though we had free time which allowed these amazing humans to catch up on a book or two, journal, catch up on z’s, go for walks in nature or just connect with others around them.
We had never seen so much laughter at the dining table and around the fire place.

When I heard Vicky announce a 3 Day Wellness Retreat I was so excited but also
held a lot of apprehension in whether I could firstly allow myself the time
without guilt and whether I would cope and enjoy it! Time for me is just not
something I do being a full-time carer to my crippled mother and a mum of two
young boys. I literally gave everything to everybody including the family pets
Today I have a heart full of gratitude, a inner peace and a better understanding
of how my body should feel on the inside. For 5 years I have listened to Vicky
and other trainers but I can honestly say I never really heard what they were
saying as a wall would go up and I felt it was just too hard.
The 3 Day Wellness Retreat firstly cut out all the noise and distractions of
daily life and I felt for the first time I was being truly aware of how my body
was reacting to nourishing, delicious whole food fresh from the earth. My breath
and how fast or slow I was breathing, how still my mind became in meditation and
the yoga became my own practice and no-one elses.
The location was so peaceful and tranquil that mindfulness of your surroundings
was therapeutic. The classes on dealing with stress, gut health and cooking
snacks were full of great tips and tricks and to top it all off the beautiful
souls that were there attending like me for there own personal reasons will be
treasured friends that share a truly special experience and lasting fun
I would do another retreat with RFT in a heartbeat and truly recommend this to
everyone to experience the what an awakening to yourself this 3 day wellness

Just wanted to say thank you very much for what was a wonderful first yoga retreat for me. I did have a lot of hesitation due to other issues – but I knew that Vicky and her team would just be welcoming and amazing. I just had to turn up.
Everything was just perfect; the accommodation was delightful, peaceful and so calming. The views and the energy of the place was incredible.
The food and the chef were outstanding and the vegetarian meals, which I thought OMG I won’t like this, well let me say it was fresh, every bite was tasty, colourful and the flavours were bursting in my mouth, never felt hungry.
The events that were organised were so informative and inspiring. I gained much benefit from Vicky’s in depth knowledge.
The belly laughs we all shared around the table gave our abs a workout. We could enjoy the serenity of the place by sitting on the verandah reading a book, listening to all the wonderful nature sounds, or we could go for walk. New friendships were formed.
I did this for me – the first time I have ever done anything for me, let me say it was difficult; however I have come away with knowledge on how to slow my body and mind and to be there for the most important people in my life.
