- 1Kg beef bones (a mix of marrow & bones with a little meat on them such as the knuckles are ideal.)
- 2 medium carrots (unpeeled)
- 1 medium leek
- 1 medium onion
- 1 garlic head
- 2 celery stalks
- 2 bay leaves
- 2 tbs black peppercorns
- 1 tbs apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbs cayenne pepper (helps get the digestion system fired up!)
Place all ingredients in a slow cooker and leave to cook for optimal health benefits 24hrs is recommended however 10-12hrs is also fine if you are a little short of time. You choose.
